Delivery to remote or limited-service locations may take slightly longer.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,500 PKR across Pakistan.

Orders of Rs. 1,500 PKR or below may include a delivery charge, which will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary because of:

  • Weather or road conditions
  • Remote-area accessibility
  • Unexpected operational delays

Order Processing

Please provide your correct:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • City and province
  • Active mobile number
  • Nearby landmark, where required

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or result in the parcel being returned.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number whenever available. You can use it to monitor your parcel through the courier company’s tracking system.

Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact you before delivery. Please keep your registered phone number active and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

If the parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, an unavailable customer, or a refused delivery, additional charges may apply for reshipping.

Delayed, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is delayed, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact our support team with your order number and relevant photographs, where applicable. We will review the matter and assist you accordingly.

International Shipping

International shipping may be arranged upon request, depending on the destination, courier availability, product restrictions, and applicable laws.

International shipping charges, estimated delivery time, customs duties, and import taxes will be confirmed separately. Any destination-country duties or customs fees are generally the customer’s responsibility.
